PREPARATION METHOD:
Dress 1kg clean spring / tender chicken, cut into small piece. Marinate thickly with sufficient quantity of Elixir spicy cathel chicken fry paste. Keep aside for 1 hour. Heat coconut oil in a pan and deep fry in medium flame till chicken and its masala are brown and fairly crisp. Serve chicken with its spicy fried masala.
